The concept of the layout is dictated by the functional requirements of the complex. These functional requirements include:

These functions are radially arranged around a central core that houses the Reception Hall, Exhibition Hall and Waiting area. This central core is a double- volume circular structure that is roofed with imposing skylight. The skylight provides natural light to this central core.
